We have rich experience in applying the Moldflow software to overcome some flaws on the parts and resorting to professional software-UG, PRO-E, AUTOCAD etc-to successfully design all kinds of hot-runner molds technologies. To assure the using-life of the molds, we select some kind of world-class steel, which are often used in this area. If required, we can offer material and hard-treatment certificate .so far, thousands of our precision moulds have been supplied to Italy, Demark, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Southeast Asia, and many other regions and countries, including many domestic stock-share companies, enjoying the high reputation from our form customers home and abroad.
